Dr. Abdelsalam attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering and then his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University before continuing his education and obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

Aside from providing a high degree of proficiency and thoroughness in his work, Dr. Abdelsalam main goal is to deliver gentle, personalized, and comprehensive dental care. His philosophy relies on individualized care between the doctor and patient, where treatment can be established collaboratively.

He believes that educating patients and practicing preventative and conservative dentistry is the most important aspect of being a dentist. Making an effort to make patients feel comfortable and confident that they are in great hands is his number one priority.

His hobbies include spending time with family, friends. He also enjoys going to the gym, cooking/grilling, and traveling.
